John made the process incredibly simple. He walked
me through the process on his first visit, then provided a detailed written
recap within twenty-four hours of what may be needed to obtain a permit. He gave
me estimates, both on the low and high end. As promised, John met with the inspectors at my
home, then went over all details with me afterwards.
